Jacqueline Pabla, a Fellow of CILEx, declared on 20 November 2020 as part of her annual CILEx membership renewal that she had been the subject of an investigation by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) for signing a legal document to say that she had witnessed her clients’ signatures when she had not.

The Professional Conduct Panel found that Ms. Pabla’s conduct indicated a breach of Principle 3 of the CILEx Code of Conduct (act with honesty and integrity).

The Panel reprimanded Ms. Pabla for her conduct. For more information see the full decision notice.
