For CILEX members who have not yet submitted their annual CPD declaration, this year’s CPD deadline has been extended to 4 December 2026. To remain compliant, CILEX members must submit all CPD related activities completed during the 2025/2026 CPD year by the new deadline.
This final extension has been granted to provide additional time to meet your regulatory obligations. The annual CPD submission helps ensure that regulated professionals maintain the knowledge, skills and behaviours needed to deliver high-quality legal services and supports public confidence in the profession. It is a mandatory regulatory requirement that helps demonstrate ongoing competence and commitment to high professional standards. Failure to submit may affect your ability to renew your Practising Certificate and could result in regulatory follow-up.
