Matter considered
On 29 November 2024, Kieran Osborne, a CILEX Paralegal, made a declaration in accordance with Rule 11(1)(e) and Rule 12(1) ER of Prior Conduct, namely that they had been disqualified from acting as a director of a company. Matter heard before meeting of PCP on 26 June 2025.
Outcome
In accordance with Rule 17(3) and (4) of the ER, the Panel, having considered all the evidence presented, concluded that Mr Osborne should be allowed to retain his membership. However, it issued a reprimand and warning to him regarding his future conduct.
