Your options for authorisation as a Chartered Legal Executive via an Apprenticeship:
- If you have completed a Level 6 Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship Standard (ST0244 V1.0) and want to apply for authorisation as a Chartered Legal Executive, please complete and submit the CLE Legacy Apprenticeship application form along with a certified copy of your Apprenticeship Certificate and Employers Declaration (submitted at Gateway).
- If you have completed a Level 6 Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship Standard (ST0244 V2.0 or 2.1) and want to apply for authorisation as a Chartered Legal Executive with Independent Practice Rights, please complete and submit the CLE Apprenticeship application form along with a copy of your Apprenticeship Certificate and an Apprenticeship Qualifying Experience Employer Declaration Form.
- If you have completed a Level 7 Chartered Legal Executive Apprenticeship Standard (ST1368 V1.0, V2.0 or V2.1) and want to apply for authorisation as a Chartered Legal Executive with Litigation and Advocacy Practice Rights, please complete and submit the CLE Litigator and Advocate Apprenticeship Application Form along with a copy of your Apprenticeship Certificate and an Apprenticeship Qualifying Experience Employer Declaration Form.
