Your options following authorisation as a Chartered Legal Executive via the CILEX Apprenticeship route

• If you have already completed an apprenticeship and want to apply for authorisation as a Chartered Legal Executive with Independent Practice Rights, please complete and submit the CLE Apprenticeship application form.
• If you have already completed an apprenticeship want to apply for Litigation AND Advocacy Practice Rights, please submit the CLE Litigation and Advocate Apprenticeship application form.

Please note: In addition to submitted a completed application form, you will also need to provide a completed Apprenticeship Qualifying Experience – Employer Declaration Form.
