Prior Conduct declared
Paul Bello, Advanced Paralegal Member (MCILEX), declared to CILEx Regulation conduct that would impact on his suitability for CILEX membership.
Outcome
The Panel considered that the sanction was necessary to address the conduct taking into account the seriousness, the amount of time that had elapsed since the conduct and other circumstances surrounding his conduct.
Sanction – Warning
In accordance with Rule 14(f) Enforcement Rules, the Panel warned Mr Bello as to his future conduct.
