We are consulting on a proposal to alter our Enforcement Rules. to create a permanent presumption of remote (virtual) disciplinary proceedings, unless there are circumstances that make it unfair to proceed remotely.
We are really interested in your views and invite you to view our proposals and respond to the consultation.
