The Legal Ombudsman is in the process of integrating a new PO Box address which will replace the current address.
The address change will go live from Monday, 22 January 2024.
Please ensure that the Legal Ombudsman’s postal address is updated in any client correspondence, complaints procedures and as part of any information published online including websites and social media.
A redirection for all mail being sent to the Legal Ombudsman’s previous address will remain in place for three months, ending on 16 April 2024 to allow sufficient time for all updates to be carried out.
