Following an increased number of Practice Rights applications, CRL have published new guidance to provide additional support for individuals to help guide them through the portfolio route application process.
Specific guidance has been issued for each specialist area of: Civil, Criminal and Family Litigation including guidance on how to gather evidence from your casework in order to meet the individual learning outcomes in the CRL-defined elements.
Also includes important information on how to prepare your application for submission, including:
- evidence submission requirements (dependent on existing qualifications)
- how to demonstrate your knowledge and understanding, and
- how to evidence your learning outcomes.
