Our first full Board meeting of the year took place on 10 February, with discussions focusing on litigation rights, education, enforcement, policy and risk.
The Board noted strong progress in granting litigation authorisations, improvements in processing times, and plans for a lessons-learned review later this year.
We reviewed developments across education and training, including increased choice of authorised providers and updates to legacy standards. The Board also agreed to reviews of enforcement arrangements and the Compensation Fund, approved responses to key consultations, and confirmed upcoming Board meeting dates.
