CRL has published a summary of their independent Stakeholder Perception Research conducted by Enventure Research, drawing on 949 survey responses and 20 in-depth interviews.
The findings provide valuable insight into how our regulated community and wider stakeholders view CRL’s role, effectiveness, independence and communications.
We are using this feedback to strengthen trust, clarify our regulatory purpose and improve how we communicate and engage. This expands on our work already under way through our Mazur Lessons Learned exercise and strategic priorities for 2027
