Yesterday the CRL team joined thousands of colleagues from the legal sector to walk 10k in support of access to justice initiatives.
The annual London Legal Walk this year marked its 20 year anniversary, bringing together the legal community to support free legal advice services on the frontline. This year saw a record number of entrants and an ambitious fundraising target of £1 million.
As the cost of living continues to rise, the need for free legal advice to help with issues such as debt, benefits, housing, asylum and domestic violence, is now greater than ever. Funds raised through the walk provide thousands of people with free life-changing legal advice.
