CILEX member CPD record maintenance is compulsory under the CILEX Code of Conduct and closely linked to practising certificate eligibility.
Records that remain incomplete after the annual 30 September deadline, are marked as ‘non-compliant’. Non-compliant individuals will not be eligible for a practising certificate and their details will not be displayed on the CILEx Authorised Practitioner Directory.
CPD 2025 key dates:
- Extension Request Deadline: 31 August 2025
- Submission Deadline: 30 September 2025. Please record your CPD activity for this year on the myCILEX portal.
- Extended Submission Deadline (must be applied for in writing): 31 December 2025.
