WBL Competency 3: Client Relations
To meet this Outcome you will need to show that you can evaluate risks, costs and benefits of alternative courses of action for a client/service user.
In your logbook sheets you should identify why and which alternative courses of action were appropriate to put to your client/service user including the evaluated risks, costs and benefits of each.
You should attach supporting evidence that shows you identified and evaluated the alternative courses of action available to your client/service user (e.g. the letter to your client).
