To meet this Outcome you will need to demonstrate up to date knowledge and understanding of equality and diversity (E&D) issues and the relevant governing legislation.
In your logbook sheet you should either fully explain a work-related E&D issue that you dealt with and the relevant legislation that applied or fully explain your knowledge and understanding of E&D issues.
You should attach supporting evidence that demonstrates either you avoided discrimination or promoted E&D (e.g. a relevant client letter, or you have completed a relevant E&D course).
