We are pleased to announce that the Board has appointed Carilyn Burman as our new Chief Executive. Carilyn is currently Director of Membership at the Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers and will bring a wealth of experience to the organisation.
Commenting on Carilyn’s appointment, Sam Younger, Chair of CILEx Regulation, said: “I’m delighted to welcome Carilyn to CILEx Regulation. Her experience with a professional body operating in a regulated environment, allied to her positive personality and approach, are ideally suited to help us achieve our ambitions on behalf of consumers and the regulated community and I very much look forward to working with her.”
Carilyn said: “Well-regulated legal services are vital to consumers and to the wider public. I’m thrilled to be joining CILEx Regulation and look forward to working with the staff and our stakeholders to build on all the good work that has already been done.”
