As part of our work to streamline our processes, reduce waste and improve timescales, we have introduced a new policy under our Enforcement Rules. The policy allows information and documents to be served by email for the purpose of our investigations and disciplinary proceedings.
The policy came into effect on 17 July 2019 and is available in the resource library here. It sets out in detail the type of information that can be served by email and the requirements for effective service.
Where possible, we will aim to correspond and serve all documents by email in line with the policy.
