Following the Government’s advice regarding the need for social distancing, CILEx Regulation offices are closed and we are working remotely.
We have been able to allocate most qualifying employment and work-based learning applications to our assessment officers and these will be assessed as usual. Where this has not been possible, we will contact you to request that you send your application to us by email.
If you have posted an application to the CILEx Regulation office since Monday 16 March 2020 we kindly ask that you email this, and any supporting references, to us. We were able to log post received up until Monday 23 March 2020 but cannot account for anything received since that date.
We have been working on implementing Adobe sign for authenticating application forms and references going forwards and have also developed guidance on our new online application process which is now live (please see below for details). We have developed this new system quickly to respond to the current situation and therefore it may need to be enhanced in the coming weeks.
We have created two new mailboxes for you to make electronic application submissions:
Data receiving limits
Please keep your email attachment data limit to under 10mb. This will ensure that they can be sent and received easily. If you need to divide your application and send it in more than one email, we are happy to accept this. If you are sending more than one email, please let us know how many emails we should expect to receive.
Once we have received your application, we will contact you regarding your application fee payment and will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you, or to another nominated email address.
Thank you for your support and understanding at this time, we are adapting our new process as quickly as possible so that our assessment work can continue in accordance with Government guidelines.
