Today, CILEx has received the final piece of legislation in connection with its powers as a licensing authority. This governs the right for applicants or licensed firms to make an appeal to a First-Tier Tribunal. CILEx Regulation has been able to authorise firms as an Alternative Business Structure (ABS) since 17 September 2019.
