The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) and CILEx Regulation (CRL) have today published their joint consultation on proposals for the practising certificate fee for 2025.
The consultation includes details of how the fee is calculated, the fee distribution between individuals and firms, how fees will be used in 2025, plus a breakdown of the 2024 practising fee, to show how it has been used so far this year.
We would invite responses to be submitted by the deadline of 16 September 2024
