The Board’s September meeting reviewed progress against the 2026 strategic priorities and agreed key areas of focus for 2027. The board agreed three short-term priorities which included rebuilding relationships with CILEX and the regulated community, improving responsiveness and the user experience.
The Board also considered plans to strengthen quality assurance around education standards, welcomed significant improvements in AML compliance across CRL firms and also discussed the recent Practising Certificate Fee 2027 consultation.
