CILEx Regulation has launched its new cross-sector research, exploring issues related to equality, diversity and inclusion (EDI).
The research aims to understand the career and workplace experiences of people who work in a range of professions, to identify steps that can be taken individually or collectively, to address barriers to progression across our professions.
The research will contribute to a broader consortium research project by the Chartered Bodies Collaborative.
The research includes questions relating to personal characteristics and workplace experiences, as well as a series of questions to help us to understand opinions related to EDI initiatives.
Regulated members were sent an email from us inviting them to take the research survey and were given an opportunity to opt-in to be invited to follow-up interviews.
The Young Foundation, an independent research agency, is delivering the research.
