On 29 April 2024, OFSI issued a further general licence allowing law firms to get paid for Legal Services related to individuals and entities who are subject to a sanctions asset freeze under the Russia or Belarus regime. The general licence expired on 28 October 2024.
Those who use the licence must comply with the reporting and record keeping provisions set out in the General Licence.
