Following approval from the Legal Services Board earlier this year, we are pleased to announce the launch of our new Higher Rights of Audience assessment and training in partnership with the The University of Law (ULaw).
Existing CILEX members holding rights of audience can now, subject to eligibility, undertake additional training and assessment to gain higher rights in civil and criminal proceedings.
