To meet this Outcome you will need to show that you can apply the law (e.g. statute, regulations, case law and court rules) to a matter that you are dealing with.
In your logbook sheets you should refer to and explain the law that applies to the matter and explain how you applied that law to the facts.
You should attach supporting evidence that shows you applied the law to the facts. (This Outcome is about applying law to the facts of a matter rather than applying a legal procedure, e.g. an application to the court is dealt with at Outcome 1.2).
