CILEx Regulation staff work remotely on a hybrid basis. We are therefore unable to accept postal submissions and all of our applications are now online.
Please send your applications (including qualifying employment and work based learning) to us via email. We kindly ask that you email your applications to us, including any supporting references. We use Adobe Sign to authenticate application forms and references.

We have created two new mailboxes for you to make electronic application submissions:

Data receiving limits
Please keep your email attachment data limit to under 10mb. This will ensure that they can be sent and received easily. If you need to divide your application and send it in more than one email, we are happy to accept this. If you are sending more than one email, please let us know how many emails we should expect to receive.
Payments
Once we have received your application, we will contact you regarding your application fee payment and will arrange for an invoice to be sent to you, or to another nominated email address.
- We encourage you to make fee payments by BACS transfer going forwards, our invoice will provide the CILEx Regulation bank details. If you are unable to pay by BACS, please email us at applications@cilexregulation.org.uk and we will contact you about alternative payment methods.
- For compliance purposes, please DO NOT include any payment card details on any online application form that you plan to email to us.
- If you would prefer to pay the assessment fee by credit/debit card, please indicate this in your covering email and provide a contact telephone number. Someone from CILEx Regulation will then contact you to take payment over the telephone.
