Our annual strategy session and third full Board meeting of the year took place on 11 and 12 May 2026. Highlights of the meeting included an update on the future of regulatory arrangements and our response to the recent SRA and CILEX announcements regarding redelegation.
We also reviewed the current status of litigation practice rights applications following the Mazur Appeal Judgment. We agreed the commencement of a lessons learned exercise to include feedback from applicants to help inform our operational activities going forwards. This will begin with a full programme of engagement with our regulated community over the next few months.
