To remain compliant, CILEX members must submit all CPD related activities completed during the 2025/2026 CPD year by 30 September 2026.
Recording CPD activities is a regulatory requirement and failure to comply may result in the refusal or delay in the issue of Practising Certificates to CILEX members.

- Hours-based CPD scheme FAQs (Paralegals), or
- Outcomes-based CPD scheme FAQs (Advanced Paralegals, Legal Accounts Members, Fellows, Legal Accounts Executives, CILEX Practitioners, Associate Prosecutors).
Completed CPD activities should be recorded through either the myCILEX portal or myCRL portal.
