Matter considered – the Professional Conduct Panel (PCP) considered an application by CILEx Regulation for an Interim Order to suspend Vinnasythamby’s CILEX membership on public interest and public protection grounds, pending the outcome of a Disciplinary Tribunal hearing to determine charges of professional misconduct brought against him by the regulator.
Sanction
Temporarily suspended pending disciplinary outcome.
Outcome
Immediate suspension for 18 months pending the outcome of a DT hearing. This decision is not a finding of misconduct, or sanction and is subject to the right of appeal.
