We are currently looking to appoint a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) to join our Board as a Non-Executive Director.
We are looking for a professional member who is able to demonstrate an ability to think strategically and to work effectively within a small, collaborative non-executive and executive team. Candidates should have up-to-date experience of legal services delivery to clients, extensive knowledge of the regulatory environment within which we operate. This would be a great opportunity for a Fellow interested in using their experience to help shape the future of regulation and standards of the profession, as well as influence wider legal services regulation.
A key strategic objective for CILEx Regulation is tackling the barriers and inequalities based on gender, race or background that Chartered Legal Executives unfairly face. The role would be suited to applicants from Fellows who are motivated to tackle these issues.
The Board consists of three lay and two professional members and has overall responsibility for our strategy, performance and delivering our statutory responsibilities.
